# WellDesk pricing

WellDesk is booking and management software for spas, salons and independent
wellness businesses. One plan, priced per person who takes bookings.

## The plan

- **9.99 € per month** for the owner.
- **5 € per month** for each additional person who takes bookings.
- Reception and admin logins are free and do not count towards the price.
- Everything is included at every size. There is no higher tier.
- Billed monthly. There is no annual plan.

### Launch promotion

The first 100 shops use WellDesk **free** — the whole product, not a capped tier —
and keep that price when we start charging.

## Limits worth knowing before choosing WellDesk

These are real constraints, listed here because an evaluation that misses them is
not useful to anyone.

- **Card payments through the booking page are available to shops in Spain only**
  at present. Elsewhere the booking and management features work normally and you
  take payment however you do today.
- **Card payments are not fee-free.** They carry Stripe's own processing fees and
  a WellDesk platform fee on top. That is separate from the subscription above,
  and it scales with what you take rather than with your team size.
- **There is no self-serve export of your client list.** Importing from CSV is
  supported, and we will send you your data on request, but the export button does
  not exist yet.
- **Appointment reminders are email only.** There is an SMS toggle in settings, but
  no SMS is delivered behind it.
- **There is no loyalty programme, no packages and no memberships.**
- **There is no inventory or stock tracking.** Expenses, including recurring ones,
  are tracked; what sits on your shelf is not.
- **AI features are not live.** They are being built.
