Welcome to WellDesk — the AI-powered practice management platform built for spas, salons, and wellness businesses. This Quick Start Guide walks you through the five key steps to take your account from zero to ready for your first booking.
Step 1: Complete your account registration
If you haven’t already, visit welldesk.ai and click Start Free Trial. Enter your business name, email address, and choose a password. You’ll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account.
Tip: Use a business email address (e.g. hello@yourspa.com) rather than a personal one. It looks more professional in client communications.
Step 2: Set up your shop profile
Once logged in, the onboarding wizard guides you through your initial shop configuration. You’ll enter your business name, address, contact details, and upload your logo.
Your shop profile is visible on your public booking page, so accurate information here builds client trust from day one.
Step 3: Add your services
Navigate to Services and click Add Service. Create at least one service with a name, duration, and price before you can accept bookings. You can add more services and pricing tiers at any time.
Step 4: Invite your team
Go to Staff and invite your team members by email. Each person gets a role — Admin or Staff — that controls what they can see and do inside WellDesk.
Step 5: Share your booking page
Visit Online Booking to find your unique public booking link. Share it on your website, social media, or WhatsApp so clients can self-book 24/7.
